Idea Cellular / Internet Data Card — non activation of internet card | |
I have procured INternet Data card from an well known Idea Cellular about a month back but till date it is not activated. Many of times I have called for online help for call centres. every time I have to tell all my details but i am not getting any kind of solutions. The person (Idea Representative) from whom I have purchased the data card is not even lifting my phone now. I am feeling that Idea is cheating the people and showing that they have very good network and very good supportive system. I need to know what is to be done on this now. idea very good i think. why like this doing i dont know... but idea people not seein g or what? please do same thing... if like this complaint means your name is go.. so like this dont do..
