I went to take a prepaid conection. The 1st responce was prepaid will take 4days to activate due to trai regualations and postpaid 1 single day..
But i said 4days is ok and opted for prepaid.
She took the new sim from store and kept me waiting and waiting doing unnecesary things. Long enough to make any person leave the premises due to her disrespect.
With a comment also company needs postpaid customer to survive not prepaid.
Then I went to BSNL, and to my surprice the dealings was profesional and caring..
