Yesterday I have made a call to call centre regarding plan activation of Rs 50 in which 250 min idea to idea free scheme after confirmation from executive who have received my call & have discontinue my Idea To Idea 1 min free scheme & executive have register my request for activation of Rs 50plan & deactivation of 1 Min. free scheme.He have deactivate my 1 min. free scheme which i was availing since 3 years & activation could not possible of Rs 50 plan which i have received sms today due to STD package activated on my account & executive haven't informed me this thing on call.Due to which I am not beneficial from 1 min free nor from Rs 50 plan. As a genuine consumer please do the needful ASAP in activation of Rs 50 plan or continue my previous 1 min free scheme.Today all executives have transfered my call to supervisors but after a long waiting i am not able to connect to them.I am fed up from this.Please do the needful in ressolution as they haven't left any other option for me except sending mail to you.Hope a prompt satisfactory response from your end soon.
