Idea Cellular Ltd. — 3G signals are not getting

Hello,
My idea number is [protected] and i am using this sim in my ipad for internet purposes. As my ipad supports only 3G sevices so I have activated 3G data plan for Rs 250/-.The problem is that it is not getting 3G signals and the service centres are denying this problem.It has been around 26 days since I am facing the problem. I have approached Idea sevice centre at Saket Colony but he instead of mending the fault conveyed that they attend only postpid users and not prepaid. I want my amount refunded or provide 3G services instantly.
