I have taken a new sim of IDEA for browsing the internet from my laptop using my universal dongle. I have recharged it with Rs.651 for 3g internet. But when i connected with it the speed of the internet is dead slow which is showing 40kbps. Atleast it is not having the speed of 2g also. my idea number is [protected]. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
