Dear Sir, I want to pay your attention regarding activation of Idea Cellular Ltd.,past month i was purchase a Postpaid Don-gal of Idea for 3G{28 Jan2013},as per company registered no is {IMEI No. [protected]}. Sir, i am follow up this co. from jan to as on today but fail for any kind of result from idea,hundred time i called his executive Mr. Jagannath Padhy for activation on this no [protected] but he is entertaining to me like today will be activate or tomorrow but our number is not activate as on today when i call this person he make many excuses like am out station or am checking your update etc, Mr. Padhy take our document twicely for activation and also take cash payment Rs.900/- Therefore i request you to kindly take necessary action for this complaint and resolve as soon as possible. Data Card — activate data card
Dear Sir /Madam,This is to inform you that my Data Card no is [protected] issued on the
name of "Supriya Thakur".
I had sent a request to change my net access plan by "Swift 40 +" on 4th Aug 08.
But my entire last two bill generated according to "Freedom at Night"
that was my last plan .which I had requested on 27th July 08.
Now my total billing amount of Rs 13364. In which I have paid 1000 Rs
on 9th Oct 08.
But my Data Card is not working till now.
Please check it properly, and revised my bills according to that.
