Idea Cellular Ltd. — Add on connection

I have two connections with idea but the company is not able to provide me the add on connection.FI report given by the agency was negative, for unknowm reason.Since then I have spoken to Mr Paritosh & Mr Manish to send the agency man once again but with no result. I have gone to the office located at Palasia Indore several times but the result is the same. I among ofthe oldest customer who is using the services from the day it's been launched in Indore.

I think the Idea people have no idea how they are going to give me the add on connection.So what's the meaning of telling the people to get an Idea.
