[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. (Aditya Birla Group) — No help from State Head Office | |||
I have activated 3G data plan of Rs.21/- and I got 500 MB free, but Company deducted charges as per rule however I subscribed internet package.I get internet access Speed UPTO 50 Kbps and 2KB/s (Transfer Rate). I went to Customer Care office to solve this problem and they did not able solve this problem, They gave e-mail Id of technical support of Company but no reply or callback or feedback from him/his. WHAT AN IDEA 3G!!!!!!!!!!!! Was this information helpful? | |||

i am complaining for bad concetivity of internet many times but no corrective have been taken.facing problem from last two months till.phone no[protected]

I had purchase a new of Idea Postpaid No=[protected] before one moth, but till date it is not active till date, I had purchase it from Mr. Sarad contact no. [protected], but now his contact no is switch off, i already pay 300 rs Security for it and all document,

To Idea Customer CarePlease note that since last 5-6 Days My GPRS Connetion is not working. I have given written mail to them. Also i have complaint lot of times to Customer Care Persons & they have assured me after 4 Hrs my services will be continued.
I don't know when their 4 hrs will be completed.
I think they people dont have any value of their committment.
If This is the Service, then I am ectremely sorry to say that i have to Left this Connection.
I am not understanding why these peoples are not serious????????
