without any prior information they barred the number. after paying the bill also they are not responding properly.
I had taken two sim Cards from Ajay Mane (Mobile [protected]) who has come from STATUS on behalf of IDEA. I had issued cheque no.895593 for Rs.650/- which was cleared on 8/9/11 for two sim cards. One sim Card activated (Mobile No. [protected]) in the last week of August-2012. 2nd sim was inactivate. We called the representative to start the second sim but no has come to our resident. My husband went to the IDEA Galllery situated at Lower Parel requested the representative to start the second sim, he submitted all the documents to start the service. We called the person who has given us the sim i.e. Ajay Mane but he did not turned up to our request. I got the bill from Idea for the period 12 August-2012 to 11 September-2012 for Rs.146.00. I don't the my Sim no. (Mobile [protected]) activated in the last week of August. Though I got the bill for one month with hidden cost. Then I got mail from Aditya Birla, Collection Centre, Mumbai reminding me to pay the same. In this context I talk to RM- Mohd. Ibrahim & I told him that I am not more interested in your scheme. Regarding my payment you adjust from the money which is with you for the second sim and close the matter. But they did not listen to my request. Again and again they are harrasing me to pay the amount of bill which is now more than Rs.450/- (tentative). After 15 September-2012 I had stop using the their sim. But then also they charging me. I always got the call from [protected] to pay the amount of bill. I told them also to adjust my payment from the money which I had paid to you for second sim (which is still not activate) and close the matter. They are least bother about such things. They say you pay first and then adjust your money. I told them it is with your mobile company adjust from it. I have the paper which is given by Ajay Mane. Also you can check the status of mobile no.[protected].
Please do the needful in the matter and also give relief me from such calls.

So I called them for not clearing, After that they have registered a complaint for the same[protected] dated 4th Aug 09) saying it will be clarified by 7th aug 09. On next day they have call from pune, for giving the reason that I have mensioned the wrong amount in text & correct in letter.
Meanwhile they have stopped my out going service.Also they have closed the main Customer care center in Aurangabad.Now they are saying that I shall visit to any My Idea showroom in Aurangabad for the collection of cheque, as they are kowing the things, they have not contacted me for the reason for single time.
