[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — balance cut on the name of caller tune

Co. Cutted Rs.45on the name caller tune without any prior infortion on 07/07/2012 at 11:56a.m.
I called them for deactivation on 07/07/2012 at 12:02 p.m. and it deactivated but they do not refund my money back. Govt. Should penalize this co. then only they will get a lession.
