[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — bill plane is not change

I have one number of idea -[protected] (ranjan kumar) i was send the request to idea for change the plane last five day
but till date is not change and call center employ told me is not possible and bill plane change after 23 months

please help and solve my problem
