[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — deduction of 26 rupees

hi,
i wish to draw your kind attention towards me i am using your services (spice india, now its idea) from last 2 years, i was having a balance of 73.32 rupees at 9am on 9th jan2009 and 47.60 at 9.11pm on9 jan. i talked to customer care exicutive at 9.11pm he did not give me satisfactory answer than he transfered my call to superviser Mr.Manpreet, he talked with me more than 30 minutes but he could not give me satisfactory answer rather he talked with me rudely and told to send mail to customer care. the thing is this you have deducted 26 rupees from my balance without any my mistake. now you tell me what is my fault in this.
please give me satisfactory answer or i have to go to cunsumer court. my mobile no is [protected].
