[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — dialer tone activated without my knowledge | |
sir, i am an existing prepaid idea cellular customer from trivandrum ( no.[protected]. This is regarding the activation of dialer tone without my knowlege and also u have deducted some amount for the same. i feel sorry to inform u that from last 2 days i am trying to get one of your customer care executive in the number[protected], but no results at all, not even connecting to the executive also. i am not expecting a service like this from ur side and this is so much irritating just to waste my valuable time for just the cancellation of a dialer tone. i want to deactivate it at first or else tell me the procedure to deactivate the dialer tone . hope u would have understand the situation and will repond to this with out delay. regards Pradeep P.S. yes the same problem i m having this is like cheating
i ve many times called customer care in regarding to activation of dialer tone, they give me procedure
for activation of dialer tone n' i do the procedure for "Jay Ho" from movie Slamdog Korepati. but this dialer tone up till not activated by you, on the call to customer service they replied that your activation is DEACTIVATED,
So what i do, what is the IDEA, for the activation of the above dialer tone

i want to deactivate it at first and back my amount. i wil not be satisfy till deactivate diller ton ane return my amount. hope u would have understand the situation and will repond to this with out delay.

I have been using Idea no [protected] for past 2 and 1/2 yrs. i was satisfied with the services but recently without my knowledge dialer tone was activated, i was quite suprised as i had not activated any such service. After finding out the deactivation code i sent an sms to 55456 ie DT DEACT to deactivate but Rs 3 were charged.
