Dear Sir,
I am having Idea sim ([protected]) which was taken from Agra 2 years back. Now and then I have to be in roaming. Recently I tried to recharge the card with 49 Rs from Anakapalle (A.P.), failed to recharge but the message received as follows, AFTER LOOSING MONEY.
"Your last recharge successful with Rs. 49.0 Now account balance is
Rs.4.99..."From 3891, sent time[protected]:23
Without successful recharging how the message I received like that?
ALSO, I REGRET TO SAY THAT YOUR SERVICES ARE ENTIRELY VERY POOR.
I AM RECEIVING REPEATED ADVERTISEMENTS THROUGH VOICE MESSAGES, WHICH I DONT WANT TO.
Please take necessary action and let my number be recharged properly without any delay.
