i Aslam. i am not satisfied by the download speed of idea net setter though it is showing the speed of 238.6 kbps. I get only 1-4 kbps in day time and 8-14kbps in night time.Idea company is cheating the customers all the way.The connection always disconnected in every 15-20 minutes and i used to re-insert the device many times to get connected. please take neccessary action for the innocent customers who trust the company. 2days back cricket updates got enabled on its own without my participation in the procedure and i am being charged...i have been trying to contact customer care since the past one day but nobody seems to be bothered...and my no. is [protected]...
