I am working with IBM and have the taken a two corporate connection, the number are as uner [protected] and [protected]. Quite a few months back i have taken another add on number to the above, this number was read as [protected]. All the three number were having same Corporate Plan 699. About two months back now i again got a call from there Sales Representative Divya with the number [protected] and she offered us to take an add on connection for the same plan.We hereby took the fourth connection [protected] but were surprised to see the different plan(ARP 699) mentioned in the letter dated 5/21/2009 via Contract Id - 1123352 signed by Gurpreet Was this information helpful? Idea — plan

i have a university plan expiring in next 2 to 3 months. i visited rohini 16 idea show room and requested for change of plan. a plan on approval basis for rs 149 rental was told and confirmed after 3 days. later from customer care i came to know about rejection of request but for reason not known to them. who will tell me reason and why once said approved is rejected. i wish to disconnect the connection now.
