As above subject i am celluler user of Idea celluler ltd since last 2years, and my monthly billing avrage is 1700/- to 2000/- but last month i have recd 3500/- due from idea, and its almost double
because they charge GPRS Service and OCC service charges without any information to me, and i dont give any wrtten letter to the idea celluler ltd however they activate the service charge and give me over billing, As on 3rd nov 2009, they active my GPRS Service and charge 1300/- in a half day, and also activate the OCC Service Charge 200/-

Idea — refund of fals service charges

in response to my complained for false background musiccharges. one rep. from idea
called me and ask that from onwards background service will discontinue and my I will
be refunded for charges wrongly deducted for last six months @20 p.m. but no refund so far has been credited to my balance. i am a idea customer from last 8-9 years' first time i am facing such problem. kindly look into the matter and refund my dr charges
