[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — cut down balance

Dear Sir/Ma'am

i have one preepaid connection from Idea no. [protected].
I requested the Idea for many more time to my balance is cut down. Before
3days in my mobile balance was 238, there after i have not called anywere
then after my balance is 158. I raised the complaint in Idea costumer
care connection but no body to take care of my complaint in Idea. Please
take some necessary action. i[censored] don't take action I send the this mail
my all network and ask about your third class service.
