I was on holiday frm 29/06 /09 and wanted to be in touch with daughter who was on school trip to germany frm 27/06/09 .i deposited security deposit of 1500/in india.they assured there will be global roaming faclity without any hassle.I REACHED BALI on 29/06/09.and was happy on reaching that i could talk to my daughter.charges they had confirmed 75/ per minute.
29/06/09 upto 02/07/2009 there was no problem, , on 3/07 i had no connection and suddenly on 4/07 i got message that my bill is amt 3800/ so i crossed limit and cannot talk further.i called one of my freind in india, he deposited 5000/instead of 3800/.but i had no connection till date. There service gave me so agony, i was deppressed and helpless that what happened with connection .i never thought that they have disconnected, the people who assured me., Now after paying them 6500/ they are charging me 4389/ more.Hardly i have talked for 5 days for 5-10 mts each day that means total 25-50 mts that comes
1875/ to 3750/. For what they are asking may be for giving me so much worry.please solve my problem.

I had received a SMS stating that you need to submit documents again for verification for your services will be de-activated, and the very next day my services were withdrawn,
I don't understand is this the way to treat you corporate customers ??
Don't you have any time limit for your customers to follow the system ??
Actually i had opted the IDEA services for my father and i was out of town when all this happened, my father didn't had my documents and photographs to go to idea office and submit the same when I came back after two days the services were blocked, then we had a Sunday following and when i reached you Idea outlet on Monday they had several documents to demand ..
NOC ?? No-objection certificate from the organization where i work ??
I mean this is ridiculous NOC to retain SIM services which I'm using from almost 3 years ??
Is this really the way to treat your customers
I'm afraid you will really loose number of customers due to this..
I'm also a corporate professional i also understand the audit's n all, but for that we don't trouble our customer in such a way..
