[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — sms barred

Dear Sir/Madam, my sms are barred since six months i have registered my complain for several times but my problem has not yet solved as the customer care people always says that there is no such problem but i am having the problem I cant send any sms or I am not been able to get my GPRS setting and so. So please do look after my problem and try to solve it ... Thanx
