[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — complaint against idea | |
This is regarding a call recieved from idea cellular that they offer me [protected]. so i agreed to buy this number i have paid them one thosand. after one day they told me that this number can't be given so pls choose another number. so after arguing i have chosen [protected]. but when i put idea sim in to my phone. sim is dmaged . so i ask them to replace the sim they told me that go to mathura road showroom. from there you can get your sim. i came back empty hands. now they are saying i have to pay Rs. 75 to replace my sim card. i am frustated just because of all this crap. pls do something Thanks & regards yogesh kumar [protected]@hotmail.com Was this information helpful? | |

IDEA Company — Complaint against Idea Network
Idea network is not gud.From many days i am regularly calling to idea customer care for my problem but they are not responding properly and from many days my phone network is not going.
Again wrongly debited my account with Rs. 60/- on dated 27/11/2010 and no one is taking responsiblity in idea communication.
There is a complaint against IDEA COMMUNICATION (WEST DELHI) because they have charged Rs. 60/- for VAS SERVICE which is installled by the company under (OBD) from the IDEA COMMUNICATION, they have charged Rs. 60/- on dated 27/11/2010. I want to ask that there is no provision of that becasue customer is making fool by the company and i have already registered a complaint to IDEA COMMUNICATION OFFICE delhi, but he does not take it seriously they are saying that they are not responbile for OBD,
NOW i have decided to go to consumer forum and i will also logged my complAINT TO MUMBAI HEAD OFFICE
(I got one sms 25/11/2010 THAT VAS SERVICE is active on my mobile yesterday 27th november 2010 17.27:51 a.m but i want to inform u that i have not given any request i m using this connection from the last year i have never use any value added service Any other service that how is it possible that VAS SERVICE is active on my mobile without my request and they have charged Rs. 60/- on my account for this service, now i want to refund my balnce because i have not given any request kindly credited my account with Rs. 60/-.
When I contacted on it’s customer care, there was a CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE . I asked her, how VAS SERVICE is active on my ph. named without my request. HE replied, it might be done by mistake by the customer care at same time you Again I said then they replied That our system was busy.
I had tried a lot but no response from their side When i have not given any request for ANY VAS SERVICE than how was it applied on my phone It’s your mistake. )
I WOULD LIKE TO CLAIM FOR BALANCE WHICH IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT yesterday WITHOUT MY REQUEST PLEASE HELP ME FOR CREDITED MY ACCOUNT WITH RS. 60/- I HAVE REGISTERD A LOT OF COMPLAINT TO RELIACE NODAL OFFICE BUT THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION IN FAVOUR OF ME KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS MATTER

IT IS THE SAME CASE WITH ME ALSO. ALWAYS EVERY MONTH VAS SERVICES ARE ACTIVATED WITHOUT MY REQUEST AND THE BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING THE BUSINESS. REALLY THEY ARE FOLLOWING NO ETHIC AT ALL.

On Wednesday 13 January 2010, i registered a complaint at the customer care of Idea Cellular. The customer care executives of the company refused to activate the mobile no.[protected] committed to me and also tried to make it unavailable for me.
On Saturday 16 January 2010, a customer care executive of Idea Cellular at about 9.50 am promised to activate my no.[protected] after two hours of activation of another number and with a disconnection of only about 5 minutes. He informs me to commit another no. chosen by him to another executive so that the company could activate my no.[protected]. I did likewise. It was a foul play.
I feel cheated by the attitude of the customer care executives of Idea Cellular Limited.I found everyone making false promises.
I wish the no.[protected] committed to me by the Idea Cellular Limited be activated on my SIM card.If the company cannot give my no.[protected] then it should apologize and refund the security amount that i paid to the Idea Cellular Limited.
