Idea Cellular Ltd. — I want to stop GPRS service

sir,
My bijendra Pratap sSingh I want to stop my gprs service on my pre paid mobile [protected]
because that is start without my acknowledage and i more try customer care but their is not any connectivity available .so ,please take this my complaint seriously ,and stop my gprs service as soon as possible ,otherwise taken a law action against company

Idea — to stop gprs service

Sir,
Everyday they are deducting 5 rupees from my number [protected] in the name of WAP. They are not deactivating that service. I once again request them to please stop this service.
