Idea Cellular — Prepaid connection not converted to postpaid
I have paid 500 INR to a franchisee of Idea but still not able to get my number converted to post paid.I have been calling up customer care but they are did not register my complain saying that this is a complain of postpaid connection.
I called up from a post paid number of my friend then they gave me a complaint number 64389427.
After that there is no action at all.
I want my money refunded.
The receipt that I have is dated 28/10/2008
