[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — Payment not credited to my account | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchase this new Idea GSM number on 03.03.2010, tye number is [protected], I was told that this is a premium paid number and I will have to pay Rs 4000/- for the same. The scanned copy of the receipt is attached with this message. I agreed and paid the Rs 4000/- and my phone was activated however on 07.03.2010 I received a sms that my total outstanding is Rs 3800/- and my services were barred. I again paid Rs 2000/- cash at an Idea outlet in Faridabad on 09.03.2010, the receipt number for the same is RMN[protected]. The services were activated only after 48 hours form the time of deposit. On 10.03.2010 again the company sent me a sms that my outstanding is still Rs 1838/- and my services were again barred on 10.03.2010 evening. I have sent mails, called the customer care but there is no response, I have attached the copy of mails written to Idea with this message. I have also send them a written complait via registered post on the following address: Idea Cellular Limited A-68, Sector-64 Noida-201301 U.P. Idea Cellular — Payment not credited in the account
I have made the idea bill on 06.11.2011 , the amount was 1025 + 1025 through web.but in the account it was showing only once.given the complaints to customer care many times and no action taken so far.have provided all details like billing status & bank statement.everywhere it was clear that the amount mentioned was debited from the bank account.There wouldnot be any response from the customer care through emails.and it took atleast 7 - 14 days to reply back.and the barred my out going calls without any prior intimation.
