Idea Cellular Ltd. — combo recharge convert in talk time

I recharged 98 Rs. getting msz by Idea service that was combo rechargs for reduce call rate LOCAL & STD and i msz they promissed for 100 local calls i2i but i Cud not get till now.

next day by chance i Recharged 78 Rs.also that was any type of scheme for reduce rate of STD & Local.so pls provide balance talk time to me insted any scheme and local 100 calls.

after that i will take necessary action for it
