This is Purushottam Sharma from Hanumangarh Rajasthan actually I face the big problem from the mobile operator IDEA. 25th January I change My number[protected] MTS to IDEA by MNP but I am not satisfied with the IDEA service then after complete 90 days I again send a request for MNP but IDEA reject my request without my permission and 10 April IDEA stop my all incoming call without any reason. Sir I already send many mail to IDEA officer and IDEA nodal officer but I have not get any response from IDEA finally I call in National consumer farm they advice me to mail here sir I don’t want to lost my mobile number so please take action against my complaint and investigate the all case you are my final destination I am very thankful to you. Thanks.

I have taken a IDEA prepaid connection (+[protected] in name of Mr. Manoranjan Karmaker (my father) on 29th September 2011 with providing all necessary documents. The line was ok from that day but suddenly from 11th October 2011 my incoming & outgoing calls were blocked & they are saying that no documents were received. Please help me out & start the line as soon as possible.
