Idea Cellular Ltd. — Debited MY BALANCE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am recharge idea on date[protected] Rs. 250/- and after some time idea is debited in my account Rs. 99 and after 2-3 hours again Rs.99/- for video down charge . I am not down load any video. Why Idea debited this amount in my account Rs.198.Idea told me you down load video but I am not down load any video.
