Igot 10 days free job alerts from company.But company has deducted 20/- from my account plus again deducted 20/-. I had called to custermercare 5 times(10/-loss), but no use..

As i dint used my 150 free SMS counter full also, they deducted my balance 16.20Rs on 20th March 2011.

My Mobile no is [protected]. i am one of idea customer . from idea am receiving calls frequently and i wont even attend the call.but to my surprise they are deducting my balance for subscribing. i am really disappointed with these problems.nowadays its getting worse.when i call customer care they are replying me to complain whereever i want, this is not the way to talk with the customer.if this is getting worse am ready to change network by portability.the reason am giving the complaint is to rectify.
i request to take the matter seriously and refund the amount deducted from me.

they were diduct amount from my account.
after that they were saying that you have press that keys and those key when we had tack with you while offering.
sometimes they deduct because of time veriation.
last time on 1st may idea company deduct my call charges even i have running night calling with free charges. whenever i have tack with custemer executive he says me that your ninght calling pack will be auto renew. but it would not auto renew and deduct call charges from me.
