Idea Cellular Ltd. — Disconnecting without any information

Dear Sir, I have been using Idea mobile connections since 2011, from Idea was Escotel Idea. Now I am using the No [protected] for 2 years. And now I am working in changanassery and the number was disconnected temporarily without any information and notification.The number (prepaid) has now more than Rs 160 balance. I recharge within every sixty days on the number, who will disconnecting my number recharging after forty five days. I complained the idea information office till not use my number. Now I am in the issue of loosing my contacts through the mobile number. Please understand my situation and kindly take the follow-ups of reconnecting my mobile number and making the number active at the earliest.
