Idea — Recharge fraud
My Idea account was suspended on Jan 01 2010. I called the Idea customer care on the same issue and they asked me to recharge for Rs. 17. After recharge, it wasnt shown in my account and they said it takes 24 hours for activation. After 10 days of calling and talking to customer care, I was asked to recharge for Rs. 60(associative name Vidya : Date: Jan 12 2010) after which they promised back my Rs. 17 too. Now after 2 days of frequent calling, they are asking for another recharge stating none of the recharge is shown in their server. When I ask them to connect to their supervisor, they cut the call( This happened thrice today : Date: Jan 14 2010). I also have a balance amount of Rs. 181.40 and not able to get my incoming calls.
