Since last two months the data usage text message is not being received in the netsetter software when I disconnect the internet.
I recharged for 197.00 on January 9th evening which showed a balance of 600 MB as the text message with the obvious validity of 1 month!
Since then I haven't used internet much than for checking emails and surprisingly, I couldn't browse the internet by January 14th. I am sure that I haven't had this much data consumption.
I called up the customer care today and the executive replied that this is because it was expired, and then he corrected that the data has been used up.
Can I get the data usage since my last recharge on January 9th 2013? It would be really helpful for me to continue with the service..
