IDEA no is [protected]. I have purchased a IDAE ID 918 Smartphone with 3g offer ( HANDSET PROMO BENEMEFITS ) from IDEA. Offer was given as, Idea 3G Offer Immediate benefit to everyone who recharges with Rs. 259 or Rs. 260 Rs. 250 MB for 30 days (activated between 4-6 hours of activation) Charges post 250 MB : 3ps/10KB 10 minutes of talktime per day for 90 days After 48 – 72 hrs of recharge and first call from Idea Smartphone: (only Idea Smartphone users will get this ) 2 GB per month for 3 months Charges post 2 GB ( overage charges ) : 3ps/10KB Idea TV Rs 150 pack p.m. free of charge for 3 months Now even after 1 week i have not received 2GB per month for 3 months offer and same is communicated to idea call center. Related complaint nos - 1-[protected] 1-[protected] When i bought this new smartphone from My Idea Gallery situated @ Pune-Satara Road, next to city pride, i was told that this 3 g Plan will be applicable to only IDEA card holders. So i purchased a New IDEA Sim Card from the same gallery for which they took 203 Rs. for this sim card. Further i was asked to pay Rs.259/- towards Re-charge so that this 3G plan ( 2GB per month for 3 months + Idea TV 150 Pack ) can be activated on my smartphone.I paid the amount towards it. But even after 7 days, i have not received this offer on my sim. Was this information helpful? | |||

I think the right recharge in Maharashtra is Rs 260 and not Rs 259 as you have done. Maybe that is the reason you are not getting the benefits. Did your prepaid balance increase by some amount after you recharged with Rs 259? If yes, it shows it was a wrong recharge since Rs 260 recharge does not increase balance at all but gives you talktime and data benefits instead.

Idea — immediate hike in call charges
Hi,i have taken 2 my gang connections from idea one for me and one for my wife so as talk 10 paise calling.
now they are increasing call chrages to 40 paise in peak hour and 20 paise other time and also the daily deduction from 50 paise to 1 rs.
this is simply the cheating.and also you can not change your mobile number always.
you launch a scheme with certain annoucment and you collect customers and you just increase the rate. this is becoming very common in india.
there should be protection for consumer. we only speak about consumer rights but actually if you see there is open loot by this companies.no one is behind the common man.
