Dear Sir, I have idea prepaid no [protected]. I am unable to understand why Idea every times activated value added services,even I never requested for the same. Is it a new way to earn money from customer? Whenever we call to cust. care they use to tell that you must have requested for the same. I have lost my money just for nothing.......On 22/05/2012, Idea send a message containing a URL for SaReGaMa mentioning free downloading of RD Burman songs. I opened the URL and within two minutes closed it. Immediate after that I receive the message from Idea that, "Dear Customer, thank you for downloading Value_Pack from SaReGaMa. You have been charged Rs. 50" In the original first SMS, Idea Co. didn't mentioned the charges of Rs.50. Idea is looting the money from Loyal Customers by misguiding them. Kindly help to get rid of this kind o[censored]nwanted problems & refund my lost money. Please be good at least with your loyal customers................. Idea Cellular — Fraud and Harrasment
I took Idea Postpaid number [protected] after i received call from one of the Idea Executives. They proposed me a very good plan with very cheap call rates both STD and local. I agreed to that plan called SUPER VALUE 199.They took Rs 250 from me and took all the necessary documents and after 1 day I got a confirmation call from Idea and they told me about a totally different SUPER VALUE 199 plan. I tried to contact the people who sold me that number but none of them picked up the phone. As they had already taken my money so I took that plan from them and my number was activated .Suddenly after 6 to 7 days I received a message from Idea saying that your number is suspended due to non submission of documents. I contacted the customer service and i was told that they have not received CUSTOMER AGREEMENT FORM. But the next day i received a bill from them. When i called again i asked them if you people have not received my form?? They obviously didnt had any answers. They told me that they will forward the case to their concerned team and will get back to me. After few days i got a call from Idea saying that My number has been permanently disconnected and i will have to contact Idea Relationship center and deposit all the documents to restart the services.I totally refused to do that because they can only get my information if the yhave my documents. And if they have done this without the documents then its against the regulations of TRAI. Kindly suggest me what to do as I want to sue Idea in the consumer court for giving false information and also taking away my mental peace
