[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — illegal deduction from my balance.

I am a idea customer for the last 12 years, on 5 th feb i recharged my with Rs 200, on the same day i received a sms from IZ- IDEA CMS that Rs 49 is deducted from my balance for downloading planet 41,and on 7th feb i received 2 smas deducting 2 times Rs 49 each,i never downloaded anything from the bludy planet 41, what is going on with idea, duping the customers with illegal and unauthorized deductions, this is very unfortunate am taking legal action for illegal deductions. I am an advocate practicing in AP high court. D. Madhusudhan. [protected]
