once i recieved a call from idea saying recharge for rs34 and get Rs26 taktime but when i recharged it i got no talk time and they activated std call service

I am a idea customer.my mobile no is [protected].on 24/04/2011 ,voice chat was activated on my mobile phone automatically and it was charged 15/- rupees .sir many of times i was suffered this type of problem by these companies .can you do something and can i get my balance back.please take action against this company.

BY THEM BUT STILL SERVICE IS RUNNING AND CHARGE DEDUCTION

Senseless people making calls every day to everyone... without any confirmation form customer they are deducting money from balance... Hope less people...
