Idea Cellular Ltd. — Not getting full talk time

I have received call from idea custemercare(NOMBER: [protected] on 23/07/2012 at 12:34 pm) stating that if you recharge with Rs 60 then you will get full talk time of Rs 60 but i have not got full talk time.i also complaint in idea care but did not received satisfactory answer. (My mo.[protected])
