I got 1,20,000 seconds idea calling seconds and 42000 local mobile calling seconds after recharging 197 rupees. But today, i tried calling idea mobiles from idea coverage city - coimbatore, my balance was deducted from local seconds, not from idea seconds. My friend also using Idea mobile at my office. I tried calling from his number to my number. Idea minutes deducted correctly for him. Y NOT ME???? Even we are keeping our mobile very minimal distance. HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT HIS MOBILE USING IDEA TOWER AND MY MOBILE USING OTHER TOWER. I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE MORE THAN TWICE. BUT NO RESPONSE. Please do not provide fake information to your customer.
