Pathetic speed and untruthful representatives, Overall disgusting service provided.
Date the connection was applied : 18th Jan
Date the connection was activated: 25th Jan
Total usage of internet as per the stats: 1.6 GB
Number of calls made to the representatives/customer care – more than 10 times
Number of time I had to visit the idea care office for connection issue : 3-4 times.
Just for 15 days I was made to roam to idea office, call up the helpdesk for pathetic speed provided to me.
idea representative Vasanth (mob #: [protected] ) provided me the following information while taking the connection.
My billing cycle will be 1st of every month whereas the idea care center people inform me that my billing cycle is 16th of every month.
First 15 days of the connection will be free and I will not be charged anything, whereas idea center informs me the billing starts from day 1.
I was informed that my data usage shows 8 GB for the connection which I hardly got any service or used it and the speed is reduced to 10.33kpbs wherein a page doesn’t even load after an hour as well
Overall i was informed that i cannot disconnect my service for 3 months, which means that i have to pay them 750+taxes everymonth for the internet which doesnt even work and keep calling their helpdesk and roam to their office leaving all my work.
