[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — without information balance deduction | |||
Dear Sir/madam, Most humbly I beg to say that I am bearing mobile service of Idea cellular [protected], Without any information co. has activated some message service which is matrimony, properties, quote, jokes etc.Everyday charges of this is being deducted, many time contact to customer care executive and they say " sorry please call after 2 or 3 hours we don't have information regarding this and the process they said is not working properly. customer care executive only repeating same sentence as they got training. finally I decided to log a complain and requested you to please do the needfull I"ll be very thankfull to you. I have a bad experience in your Customer care.Saturday (31-mar-2012 at 7.50 PM), am calling two time to your care.My issue is my balance got detected around 42 rupees.I didn't get any confirmation. The first call was handled Mrs Remya, am not satisfied with his interaction.She is transfer the call to Senior level(Anoop) without any information.I have no words to explain Anoop.
Voice of Remya : "Please listen "(with rude behavior).
Voice of Anoop : " Mind your words other wise ll disconnect call"(am not using any abusive words).
Am speak with two guys as a convince of a customer.
So please trainee the executives
1.which customer service are you provide .
2.How to handle a costumer?
3.Give Costumer is the KING.
