WHEN I CALLED 121 AND FOLLOWED STEP TOWARDS TALKING WITH EXECUTIVE....IVRS "RESPONDED INVALID NUMBER","EXECUTIVE IS BUSY". FINALLY AFTER 13 TRAILS WITH DIFFERENT OPTION WHEN THE PERSON PICKED THE CALL ,HE GAVE ME A NUMBER *800*222# TO AMEND MY PROBLEM.BUT THE OUTCOME WAS A NEW PLAN WAS ACTIVATED AND I WAS CHARGED MORE MONEY.WHEN I TRIED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THIS, A GUY NAMED "VIJAY"(IDEA'S CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE) TOLD TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE AFTER 4 HOURS.WHAT DO THEY WANT FROM ME SHALL I WASTE ALL MY VALUABLE TIME IN REACHING THEIR POOR RESPONSE SERVICE.AND EVEN IF THEY RESPOND THE LAND ME INTO MORE TROUBLES. NOW WOULD YOU PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME ...BECAUSE MY FULL EVENING WAS A MESH ALL DUE TO YOUR MISLEADS.

I have receive a msg= dear subscriber Rs.1 has been deducted frm your account for VAS usage.
so i want to deactivat this service bu customer care ex. do'nt want to remove this problem.
