Dear Sir, Our Mobile No.[protected] i have purchase this card last 6 to 8 month as post paid connection.But i am unable to continue with post paid therefore i want to convert to postpaid to prepaid for this no. but am fail from Idea customer care person and Outlets at Kalyan also. all are great lier. All are entertaining and ignore our problem. we will not be pay any amount to Idea from our log complaint to customer care, all representative and Outlet will be responsible for this payment which made by Idea. Kindly take prompt action about this. Ideacellular — Postpaid to Prepaid issues
Hi, I have taken Idea’s Post paid connection 4 months back. Now I converted to Prepaid on[protected], reference no 86383077, as per the Idea cellular customer care it will activate with in 24 hours. But after completion of 48 hours still not in active status. I called customer care several times, they were bluffing. Some time they said server is down, within one hour, give me a call after one hour. When I asked about complain no they are not at all ready to write any complain against my problem.I don’t know when this issue resolved.
This is my worst experience with IDEA
