Idea Cellular Ltd. — wrong balance deduction and wrong information from agents

hello sir/maim
i m vikram singh rajpurohit.and my idea cellular number is [protected],yesterday i have called to your customer care (12345) helpline and requested their for 'chota rbt' and after that the balance of rupees 15 has been deducted from my number for a simple tone so i have called again to 12345 and the agent said that i will got a resolution call.and today i have got a resolution call at 12.37 pm.and the reprasantative(balvinder) have told me that the balance of 15 will be refund to me after 15 mint and the chota rbt will activated on my number after few mints,but havn't got it.and i have called again on 12345 .but agent is not getting that what i am saying ,one agent said the complained has been taken again and it will resolved tommorow 11 am,and one said that it my previous complaind will be resolved after 3 pm.i said that i have got resolution call and he have disconnected the call,so you just check and wavour my balance to me
