This is with reference to IDEA e-mail and subsequent telephonic
conversation on number [protected] dated January 24, 2013 with ROHIT
CHAVAN regarding GPRS usage for your Idea postpaid mobile number
[protected].
I had informed that now my bill is genrated as they had faced
problem in checking my billing details.
I am aman mittal .My mobile no is [protected]. I had activated my 3g
service on 18/1/13 plan 100 rs for 300 mb.. .TO deactivate 3g i
had called idea customer care nos 12345 and 198 many times in three
consecutive days dated19,20,21 but the only response i got is "hello
hunny bunny song" and "all customer care executives are busy" from their
side.
THE one and only sms i got sms from their side is on 21/1/13 that u have
used ur 1gb o[censored]rs 3g and now u have to pay 1935 rs otherwise we will
disconnect service and outgoing calls. I have 5 no of idea having
corporate number. please look at this matter seriouslyand provide me waiver.
The additional cost is only due to their service negligence
from their side.
FIRST THEY TOLD ME BY EMAIL THAT UR REQUEST HAS BEEN ACCEPTED AND WE ARE PROVIDING U WAIVER OF RS 1850 BUT NOW I HAVE RECIEVED A MESSAGE FROM THEIR SIDE THAR UR WAIVER REQUEST HAS NOT BEEN AAPROVED. THE ADDITIONAL COST IS ONLY DUE TO THEIR SERVICE NEGLIGENCE WE HAVE 400 CORPORATE NOS OF IDEA .YOU CAN LOOSE UR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS SO PLZ LOOK AT THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY
