Idea Cellular Ltd. — ruthless and unacceptable complaint

Idea, as i had been studying is topping the chart of indecency and worthless customer support. their customer support executives are not only arrogant but ABUSIVE.

Ill mannered females call and abuse even we are not the customer. Does sitting in call center, gives them indecency certificate. Are they rightful to abuse anyone and still shamelessly say that we will continue to do it further.

I would like to highlight the name of the agent as well as she is the epitome of ill mannerness. Her name is Anjali. I will try to get her complete name in my next post.

Please someone also suggest me how to get some manners inducted into shameless customer care executives.
