[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — Sim Card Not Issued on my ID Card

Hello Sir,
This is a YOGESH KUMAR. I was using a Idea number from last 5 years (sep 2007 or oct 2007) (Aprox) from Surajpur Gr. Noida. i was purchased a sim from a store on my ID. My no is [protected]. but Now i have lost my mobile at 13 jully 2012 at 9:30 AM so i want to reissue my number on my Id card so please help me sir.
