[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — Unfriendly behaviour of Customer Care Executive | |||
Hi! I had Dialer Tone issue with Idea mobile number [protected], so I called 198 at about 8:00 pm on 17th June, 2012 to resolve it. I talked with a customer care executive and told him to add a complaint for the issue. Instead he gave me a wrong complaint number "12345". I asked execute his name.
