Idea Cellular Ltd. — Worst Service & faulty deduction of Balance.

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

My balance has been deducted to a considerable amount of Rs. 160.
I was been misguided by the customer care executive of Idea Cellular Ltd. & my balance was deducted under WAP usage condition.
Even after speaking to the customer care executive my complaint and issue was not solved.
This is one of the worst operators in telecommunication Industry.

i had three connection
but i used mnp in vodafone
