I have been repeatedly calling the customer Care executives and have registered the complaint to deactivate GPRS/MMS in my cell phone.
Complaining repeatedly for 4 days, everytime I was told that my issue will be resolved in 12 hours, sometimes 11 hours but after 4 days I got a message saying:
"Dear Customer, Your request for GPRS/MMS deact could not be resolved. Kindly contact customer care. SR 1-[protected]. Thank You"
When I called the customer care and told I have registered complaint then they told previous complaints were not registered properly.
I have incurred a loss of 5 rupees on daily basis for past 5 days. Was this information helpful? |
Idea Cellular Limited — Idea deactivating the number repeatedly
My idea number [protected] has been again deactivated by you.I have submitted the documents 3 times in last 3 months.I have all the information regarding the documents.I made many trips to ur idea nu showroom.They assure me that everything will be fine but nothing happens.Ur customer care talks very rudely,everytime i get a new answer.IDEA is harrasing me,urs is a very reputed company.please dont play with your customers like this. I request idea to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
