Idea Cellular — mobile no not working

my name is rajeswari.
i applied for porting from bsnl to idea.
porting is done well.
after porting within 2 to 3 days no got disconnected due to proof rejection..
same i have submitted the proof to t.s.m of that circle.
he told no. will be cleared soon,
but there is no response.
more than 30days went.
some of my frnd told that if the no remains more than 35 days without activation it will
get deactivated.
no is [protected].
more than 10 years am using this no.
pls help me.
