[Resolved]  Idea Cellular, New Delhi — Ridiculous Network and Illiterate Customer Executives who will abuse in "DESI GALLI " .

Hi,
My name is Amit Sinha and I am using Idea Cellular services (New-Delhi region).
I am a prepaid customer who hold two numbers which are as follows:
1)+91-[protected]
2)+91-[protected].

The moment I took these two nos my life has totally changed as Idea promised but in a "NEGATIVE WAY".

BELIEVE ME 'IDEA" IS THE WORST COMPANY ANY CONSUMER CAN ASSOCIATE WITH.

They do not provide network coverage at my place which is in South Delhi.

The list does not stop here:
These are the following places where they is no network coverage atall.

1) Sector 55 Gurgaon.
2) R.k.PURAM(my place).
3) Safdarjung Hospital (I st floor, Medical deptt.)
3) Ram monahar lohia Hospital(the moment one enters into the OPD, the signal is blank) etc.

I referred to the above place as they are very prominent and you will find the network coverage of any other network service provider to be in full swing because of their importance and dynamics.

But who care in IDEA, even if you complain, a complaint ID would be generated and then when you call again to enquire - the answer would be "Sir, we have check and network coverage is OK.

OR

About Sector 55, Gurgaon-- we have planned to do the need full with 3 months.(I have taken up the connection for the last one and a half year).

when complained to the executive, about the call drops and network problem very recently, he communicated- Its a known problem and will be resolved shortly.

when asked for the duration from which the problem is into existance, they replied for the last 7 days.
When again asked when it will get resolved..the reply was within next 7 days..i.e 14 days.

I immediately asked him to transfer the call to Senior Executive on the floor and spoke to him. He issued the complained no "61436658". and said problem will be resolved soon.

Received the automated message --Dear Customer your communication ID 61436658 has been resolved.

wherein their is no improvement.

Again called in "Customer Illiterate Care "-(that's the new name I have given to Idea Customer Care) and spoke about the problem which they claims has been resolved.

After much heated arguments with CCE as the problem lasted for 20 days(I was unable to call any no because the call would drop with in 5-8 seconds) costing money for 1 min per call., the executive said will transfer the call to senior which was put to hold for 1.57.55(i.e one hour 57 min and 55 seconds) untill I myseld disconnected the call.

I called in again using the no+91-[protected], and asked the CCE to tell me what is going on with the second no and then told him that it has been put on hold for almost two hours...his response was " tum batao kya karna hai...main kya karu...when I could not tolerate this language told him to transfer the call to senior, the response was " nahi call Transfer karunga...kya kar lega...and then abused in the Desi language which is improper to mention here.

ultimately I called up the nodal officer and showed my interest to speak to "MS Nidhi Sagar" the response was she will call me back.

Received the call after 2 days saying "sir we have taken down the complaint and will do the needful." Also said we can not tell you about the action as its our internal matter.

When asked that I need to speak to MS nidhi Sagar, the nodal officer-she said I have the same power as she.".

So in brief, the nodal officer doesn't have time to all east listen to customer irrespective of what has happened to customer.

Lastly, I must say that their is no complaint registered at this forum as 90 percent of the user are "rikshawala" and the remaining 10 percent do not take the pain to even contact any one openly after listening to desi galis.

Its not the first time this has happened . If you take the connection be prepared to listen to desi galis or else never contact customer care or Nodal officer.

I totally with u Friend. The remark you made by u on this forum is 100 percent correct. I support in favor of this complaint to the fullest.

Also would like to advise people who purchase Idea's connection thinking it is Cheap...believe me its really cheap...when comes to Customer services and network. whosoever takes their connection will undoubtedly regret and then the whole episode will end with abuse and pain.

So takes any connection but not Idea!!!

I request to you to please stop the all un necessary network

messages.The messages are comes when I am in busy like

vehicle driving, talking on telephone and some other activities.

Nobody can believe the way idea has changed my life negatively. my No: is [protected]. for last 2 months i have been facing a problem that my no: is deactivated again & again by a outer person who has a freind in idea. with in last 2 months. i have been visited to thier idea showroom mohan coperative delhi.

i have spent Rs, 1000. to activate my no: but again & again its deactivate. & their cce. says that your complaint has been forwarded. but these disgusting people are not able to stop deactivation of my no:. & says that i have also same power as others so tell me your problem.

i have atleast talked with 5 people in idea. but nothing happend i have totally been fedup by these disgusting people. may be they have forwarded my complaint to god. so this will take atleast a decade.
Phone is out of order, Document all ready submited on 4/9/2009 in Mathura Road Office. Document received by Mr. Abhishek, his mobile no-[protected], We again submit the document, Pleaseconnect our phone.It is totaly a harrasment to the customer, and also, we fase lot of problem and loss of business.our phone hasbeen disconnected by you on 15/4/2010. We are going to file a complain to National consumer Court.and file a damages for Rs 20 lacs.due to disconecction of phone by you.
